  • Initial Consultation

    A free, 15 minute initial consultation can be a great way to figure out if we’ll be a good fit! You’ll share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, I’ll be able to tell you a bit more about me and answer any questions you may have, and then we’ll discuss next steps.   • Individual Therapy

    Therapy is a space to slow down, notice what’s beneath the surface, and begin to understand yourself with curiosity instead of judgment. Together, we’ll identify what keeps you feeling stuck and develop practical tools for coping, connection, and change. Each person’s path is different, and we’ll work together to find the one that feels authentic and sustainable for you.

  • Couples Therapy

    Relationships can bring out both our deepest love and our most tender struggles. Couples therapy is a space to slow down and really listen with curiosity instead of defensiveness. Together, we’ll explore the patterns that keep you feeling disconnected, the needs that go unspoken, and the hopes that still remain. Our work will focus on building understanding, improving communication, and creating a relationship that feels more intentional, supportive, and fulfilling.

    Supervision is an opportunity to reflect, grow, and stay connected to the heart of your work as a therapist. Together, we’ll explore both the clinical and emotional aspects of your practice, the moments that challenge you, the clients who stay on your mind, and the parts of the work that bring you meaning. My approach to supervision is relational, reflective, and collaborative, with a focus on helping you feel more confident, grounded, and authentic in your role as a clinician.
