Therapy isn’t about “fixing” you. It’s about finding your way back to yourself.

Therapy, to me, is about understanding yourself more deeply so you can move toward the life you want. I believe that you are the expert on your own experience. My role is to help you uncover the insights, tools, and confidence that already exist within you.

Together, we’ll explore your patterns, emotions, and relationships with curiosity and compassion so you can begin to move through what feels hard right now. My goal is to help you build a kinder, more flexible relationship with yourself, grounded in awareness and self-compassion.

A bit about me:

My education at Northwestern University and the University of Pennsylvania shaped the way I practice, grounded in compassion and a deep commitment to helping clients grow. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in both Pennsylvania and Delaware, and over the years I’ve had the privilege of working in a wide range of settings—from inpatient psychiatry and drug and alcohol services to intensive family-based programs and outpatient mental health. These experiences have allowed me to meet individuals and families at some of the most challenging moments of their lives, and they’ve shaped the therapist I am today. I’ve completed two years of intensive training in Psychodynamic Psychotherapy and three years in Eco-Systemic Structural Family Therapy, along with additional comprehensive training in CBT, EFT, and ERP.

Because of this breadth of training and experience, I’ve been able to support people through anxiety and mood disorders, OCD, complicated family dynamics, addiction, relationship challenges, and issues related to body image and self-esteem. Each person brings a unique story, and it’s an honor to walk alongside them as they navigate their way toward growth and clarity. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices and Rogerian/Humanistic theory, focusing on a deep respect of your lived experience. Together, we’ll explore the emotional, physiological, and relational patterns that keep you feeling stuck, while developing new ways to cope, connect, and care for yourself. Whether that means learning to face fears gradually, breaking cycles of avoidance or self-criticism, or building balance after major life transitions, our work will be collaborative, gentle, and attuned to your needs.

I offer individual therapy, as well as couples and family sessions when it feels supportive to the work. My goal is to create a space that feels collaborative, safe, and real — where you can show up fully as yourself as we work toward lasting change together.

When I’m not at work, I love the beach, good coffee, and connecting with the people I care about - the same kind of authentic connection I hope to foster in therapy.

My work integrates humanistic and evidence-based therapies, including:

  • CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)

  • EFT (Emotion-Focused Therapy)

  • ERP (Exposure and Response Prevention)

  • Eco-systemic Structural Family Therapy (ESFT)

  • Psychodynamic Psychotherapy

  • And other modalities as appropriate.

Sometimes that means talking through experiences and relationships; other times, it’s about connecting with the body to process what words can’t reach. I often remind clients: the only way out is through.

Reach out - let's get started.
