What is your rate for therapy?

Individual, couples and family therapy are $175 per 50-minute session and supervision is $100. I do offer a limited number of sliding-scale appointments for clients who have financial need. Please inquire if cost is a barrier!

Do you accept insurance?

I am an out-of-network provider and do not bill insurance directly. However, many clients receive partial reimbursement through their insurance plan’s out-of-network benefits! I’m happy to provide superbills for this purpose.

Are sessions in person or virtual?

At this time, all sessions are held virtually through a secure platform. In-person sessions will be available soon. Stay tuned!

How often will we meet?

Most clients start with weekly sessions, but we’ll decide together what feels best for your needs.
