Welcome, I’m Katherine

I’m a licensed therapist offering virtual therapy for adults in Pennsylvania and Delaware. I work with people navigating anxiety, OCD, mood disorders, addiction, relationship challenges, and self-esteem concerns.

So many of us move through the world with critical inner voices or painful stories about who we are and what we deserve. In our work together, we’ll take a closer look at those stories, where they came from, how they’ve shaped your life, and how you can begin to gently rewrite them.

I believe that you are the expert on your own experience. My role is to help you uncover the insights, tools, and healing you already hold within you. Together, we’ll explore your thoughts, emotions, and relationships with curiosity and care, sometimes through conversation, and sometimes through somatic work and mindful awareness. Because often, the only way out is through.

My goal is to help you build a kinder, more flexible relationship with yourself, grounded in awareness, compassion, and genuine connection.
